I give you Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, composer and musician extraordinaire, who lived from 1756 to 1791. Austrian by birth, his baptized name was Johannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus. He was a sickly child when very young, but by the time he reached six years old he was performing music for the kings and queens of Europe. He died when he was only 35 years old, but had already written over 600 works!

Very interesting. Thanks for doing the suggestion!! By the way, do you happen to know if Mozart did a musical called The Magic Flute? Because I have a magic tree house book that says that Jack and Annie sort of "helped" him make the tune, because they had a magic flute that could play a tune, and at his piano practice, he played that tune.
ReplyDeleteHappy to help! And yes, Mozart composed an opera entitled Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute) in 1791. It was one of his last pieces, as he died that year. Magic Tree House was always a fun series; I liked this historical tidbits in it!
